stranger
Good volume in today! From @devinhoo 1/4x7 square crs and stainless M drill rod (19/64x7) Tried a red in IMP's and failed N drill rod (39/128x7) had to use doubles and took over 10 min. Got zapped from trying that red. FBBC 1/4X7 SQUARE In-between each bend I ccs a Standard Iron gripper rated 138 from @Cannon The bent 15 1/4x6 grade 5's in IMP's. (All other bends in suede )
stranger
DO bending in IMP's FBBC 1/4X7 CRS 1/4X7 CRS HEX 9/32X7 CRS (2) 1/4X7 CRS SQ, took over 10 min and had to add leather wraps on top of IMP's. Hit my elbow pretty hard at work so I'm pretty sure that's what was bothering me. Gonna take a good week or so off to heal up.
stranger
DO bending Double wraps Drill rod- 19/64x7 drill rod x2 .3020x7 had to chat it to cheat it past the kink, then took it down. 1/4x7 square crs x2 1/4x7 square stainless Horrido 4.8, A4, A2 and A2 cut to 6 inches. stranger
DO in doubles Horrido 4.8 and A4 6- 1/4x6 grade 8 ore kinked 5-10° Failed 70d. 7 inches doesn't feel comfortable so I figured try cutting one down. First one was 6.25 then 3 at 6.5. Going forward gonna do a bunch at 6.5 to try and get my comfort up to 7 inches.
stranger
Bending and grippers from yesterday: Attempted to ccs my 148 rated 3. 3 attempts getting closer and closer. Followed by 2 ccs closes with standard Iron rated 138. DO bending: Horrido 4.8 1/4x6 grade 5 Horrido A2 Horrido A4 cut to 5. This was brutal and took about an hour and a half. (I stopped to eat) was planning on smoking this a going for A2 at 5 but was quickly humbled. Horrido A2 cut to 5.5. (certification). Overall pretty happy just should have stopped messing around with that 5 inch A4 but I'm stubborn.

stranger
Got to break in my new toys from Arm Strength Assassin. Kind of all over the place with this workout, really just wanted to test each item out. Grippers righty- Coc#3 rated 148 GHP5 x8 ccs Wanna work my way up with ccs reps. Lefty was bothering me so GHP5 for a bunch of sets of 5-8 MM set Arm Strength Assassin 2 3/8 db handle- worked up to about 140 but didn't have proper clips so decided to cut it short. Ordered new ones. Ironmind hub- went up to 50#, didn't max Arm Strength Assassin 3 and 2 inch blocks- worked up to a max then reps with 50# , 8 each hand for 2 sets 2 3/8 napalm rolling handle- worked up to 152# 132x5 112x8 Happy with the hub and thick handles but disappointed in the blocks. Although this was my first time using blocks so there's room to grow.

I've ccs a #3 right out of the package a little over a year ago when I got back into grip. It's not rated but it's easier than my 148 #3 rated by Cannon. MMS a standard Cobalt rated 164.

Plus my 3 is unrated so I don’t know if I maybe want to be able to ccs my cobalt or maybe just get a couple reps with my 3. Hard to know exactly where you need to be when you don’t know how hard the gripper is going to be.

I have a 141 hg300 and my ghp7 is much harder than that and my coc 3 is even a bit harder Ethan my ghp7 so atleast I don’t think I have a super easy 3.
