stranger Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 i decided to start a workout log to keep track of my progress. i didnt workout tonight but on sat i did some things grip- right hand closed # 3x3 (not reps) attempt slightly harder #3x1 (missed by a hair) attempt bbex1 ( got surprizingly close) no set #2 x2 (not reps) left hand closed bbgmx2(not reps) (pr) closed filed bbsm closed #2x4 (not reps) this was just going for goal grippers mostly bending braced 12x3/8 timber tie x2 horseshoe moved about 90 deg. 60 penny nail x 2 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
