i decided to start a workout log to keep track of my progress. i didnt workout tonight but on sat i did some things

grip- right hand closed # 3x3 (not reps)

attempt slightly harder #3x1 (missed by a hair)

attempt bbex1 ( got surprizingly close)

no set #2 x2 (not reps)

left hand closed bbgmx2(not reps) (pr)

closed filed bbsm

closed #2x4 (not reps)

this was just going for goal grippers mostly

bending braced 12x3/8 timber tie x2

horseshoe moved about 90 deg.

60 penny nail x 2

i did some hubbb in school today

HUB- 25x3 each hand

25 clean and press (didnt stop at the clean, more like a slow snatch) PR

PINCH - 4 10'S (i dont ever do these) got it up both hands with out my index finger

GRIPPERS- begginerx10 each hand

tried#3 but my skin still hurts from yester day

RIPPING- deck vertical
