stranger
Here's my current program if anyone is curious. Monday- one hand Fat grips DL, freestyle Hub and DU bending. Weds-3" SAXON bar, squat and DO bending. It time permits it will also do thick bar. .Friday- Bench press, Grippers and reverse grip bending. Saturday - 1-2 grip lifts. Usually GRAB BALL and something else. Blob lift throw in on Mondays usually but really just depends on how I'm feeling. Should probably deadlift on Saturday and do shoulder press on Monday. Mondays grip lifts will change after the 27th (stage 2 Armlifting USA Super series). 5

Crazy.
