After this workout went like crap I decided to have some fun. Lifted my 43lb blob and 45lb hex then right into a 45lb hub transfer. Passed my 34lb blob back a forth a few times. Did it for about 1:30, best streak was 4 catches in a row.

Px7 drill rod (last week took about 5 min, this week just over 1) 

5/16x7 Hex (kinked in 1 1/2 leathers, rested a few minutes, rewrapped in double leather and finished in about 3 minutes. 

Wanted to do some 2-3/8 loadable handle training but was on hour 2 and sweating profusely. Did lift 125 fairly easy .

Here's my current program if anyone is curious.

Monday- one hand Fat grips DL, freestyle Hub and DU bending. 

 

Weds-3" SAXON bar, squat and DO bending. It time permits it will also do thick bar. 

.Friday- Bench press, Grippers and reverse grip bending. 

Saturday - 1-2 grip lifts. Usually GRAB BALL and something else.

 

Blob lift throw in on Mondays usually but really just depends on how I'm feeling. Should probably deadlift on Saturday and do shoulder press on Monday. 

 

Mondays grip lifts will change after the 27th (stage 2 Armlifting USA Super series).

Based off your training log and what I've heard about the MM grippers I think you'll smoke the MM1, get the MM2 and the MM3 is.... A huge jump. Lol

Good to know. I’ll probably wait till I’m doing doubles with my 165 rgc coc 3.5 just to be sure need to get a good video and everything so I want them to be pretty easy closes.

137- 12 paused singles emom (every minute on the minute) broke it off the ground, held for 1-2 second then held at top for 2-3 seconds

Grippers and blobs 

Stack set with 38mm block

CoC#3, GHP 7, Grip Genie 5 and Tetting Grand Master. The goal was to do this as fast as possible, for me that was over 2 minutes. Would like to get this within a minute. 

Filed Grand Master x 1,1,1

Standard Iron RGC 138 38mm block set reps- 3,4

Attempted a 158 RGC 38mm block set, missed by a hair. 

 

Lifted a York Legacy 100 a few times both hands, broke a 105 off the ground righty

Woops! Good eye, I fixed it.

And thank, I got the idea from Nathan Holle and Dave Shamey. Except they did it with 200+RGC grippers. Crazy.
