Yes, I found it to be slightly easier than the LGC vbar as well. I get a slightly better grip on the FBBC vbar, presumably because of its slightly larger diameter which seem to suit by 8'' hands better.

However, I have heard from one very strong and respected vbar lifter that in his words the FBBC vbar was harder than the Euro vbar. First I had heard of that. Hope it holds true with me! :cool

Has he tested them repeatedly back-to-back?

Not that I know of Mikael. But he's a very experienced competitor who is also quite strong. Doesn't have many "off" days if you know what I mean.

Sounds good Mobster. Not in your challenge showdown with the Dutch though as the top50 lists only apply to open competitions (and national championships).

Mikael, it's got to make you feel good knowing that some of us have your record in our sights. :D Doesn't mean we'll break it. Just that we INTEND to when given the opportunity. I've got the entire Top 50 list hanging up out in my garage. See it every time I workout.

Updated with MGC III 2007. Congrats to Theo for a fantastic WR. Awesome lifting by Chad and Jim as well. The bar has been raised. Please check the nationality of the competitors and the spelling of Theo's surname. Not sure if I got that one right.
