Wow, you guys have some serious collections of stuff here.

This is my grip specific stuff.

--2.5" Dumbbell handle (homemade)

--1" V-bar that I haven't really used lately, but feel like using today. (homemade)

--Ironmind #2 gripper

--3" pinch block and 2" two-hand pinch block

--Rubber bands that I use for extensors.

I pinch plates a lot. I do a lot of hangs from my pullup bar. I do a good bit of levering, and also swing my hammers and axes fairly often. I go to my local rock gym and boulder.

Burkhard - how much weight on your plate loaded dumbbell is comparable to the Inch DB? By the way - you have a beautiful collection of Blobs and Inch DB's - I'm jealous.

82kg are comparable to the Inch.
