Mr. Wannagrip,

I read with great interest your interview with the individual, Joe Kinney. I have been accessing your board only since September and have been "bitten" by the "bug" to begin training my hands. My only direct hand training has come from lifting weights and wrist roller work.

I now have the coc T @ #1. I have read a large number of past posts from your board to know what to do with the grippers as far as routines. I am a guy. who keeps his mouth shut and learn from the pros. I have been able to learn what to do by reading the "Pros" on your board.

You mentioned a video in your interview by Joe Kinney. Where can I obtain one? Also, you stated that you would be posting more tips from Mr. Kinney that he did not include on his video. Will you still be doing that?

My understanding of what I have learned thus far from your board, is that one needs to find what works for his grip training by doing any and all movements then select what best works for his abilities. Trial and error I suppose.

Thanks for your time Wannagrip, I`m excited about this , for me,  a new endeavour into the world of grip training! By the way, my wife thinks I`m nuts. She is afraid I will end up "crushing her delicate parts" Ha.. just joking. Thanks again for a great place to learn! Peace.

I will be posting the tips soon.

The video is available from Joe. I don't have the address off hand, but just make a new post asking for it as I am sure a lot of people know it.

Also, this is not my board/site but it is a partnership with Solan who saw the need for a discussion group a long time ago and started the board on Ezboard. :)

J.B. Kinney, PO Box 32, Bean Station, TN 37708 USA.

$25.00 + $6.00 S&H U.S. and $12.00 S&H all others, money orders only U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks.

This was direct from the back of MILO.  Hope this helps.
