Hi what kind of exersises at the gym can I do to improve my self in armwresling?

you can do hammer curls, preacher curls ,wrist curls, bench press, pec deck ,sledge hanmmers , use the cable machine to armwrestle ,rows, i just got a set of eagle loops and started doing rows with them good for the top roll , almost anything that taxes the upper body will help

wrist curls / plate curls

hammer curls /reverse curls

close grip reverse lat pulldowns

rowing w/cable, bar, or DB

chest flyes /ench presses

tricep pressdowns

shoulder shrugs (for gripwork)

situps touching elbow to opposite knee

do cardio work for endurance

3 to 6 sets each should get you started

A couple of others to add would be pullups using thick rope and also doing pullups with 2 rolling thunders. I usually do 1/2 reps and finish with a full range set. Both of these have helped with my pulling.

I know its debated but I feel grippers have helped me on the armwrestling table as well. . .

Tricep pushdowns=using D-ring or Rolling Thunder.Do these one arm at a time.Set up on a preacher.

Reverse curls=Cable or EZ curl bar using preacher bench can also use Heavy DB. I prefer one arm at a time on these as well.

Hammer Curls= Standing or on preacher dont go below parallel.

lat pulldowns to the front=Using Vbar these can be done one arm at a time to.

Chin-ups and Pull-ups

Decline and Flat bench DB Flys

Incline DB press

Heavy DB rows

Rear delt work=cable,DB or machines

Close grip Pushups with feet elevated.

Plate wrist curls,Reverse wrist curls,Behind the back wrist curls,Cobra DB wrist curls

Underhand grip Barbell rows

Hand gripper work,Leverage work using Wrist reinforcer,HH2 or sledge hammer

Sit-ups do these in between sets or 4-5 sets before or after workout.

There with a DB put your elbow flat on a surface like a table its a weird position but with DB in hand palm facing the wall.bend your hand back Knuckles now going towards floor.I picked this exercise of of Straub.very effective.be carefull with the weight though it can hurt the area of the elbow.

So reverse table Curls with a goosenecked wrist if I understand correctly ?
