Powerball Help Strenght You

let me start by saying a powerball will not help you close a gripper or anything like that but i do recommend them to anyone. they are a good wrist and forearm workout. its basically wrist strength required to spin them at high speeds so they will build your wrists. as you get better at them and begin to reach high 12k rpm speeds and above you will notice a slight increase in upper body workout, nothing extreme but probly enough to keep you fit.

most of all powerballs are fun!!! seeing how fast you can rev it up is the bast part, they are very addicting toys.

also if you have any kind of hand or wrist rehabilitation issues you can check out powerballs.com and read up on that stuff, they are supposed to be good for arthritis, carpal tunnel...

i think they do help if you are into high reps on a gripper and the pump stops you from getting lots of reps after a couple weeks of the powerball you will get more reps and less of a pump :D
