Which is better for armwrestling front and back levering or hammer and reverse curls? I like to switch it up each week but I was just wondering on which is better/more important for armwrestling.

Also when doing behind the back wrist curls how many reps should I do if I want to increase size? Low heavy reps or high reps? I tried both and I feel like I get a better workout when doing high reps.

i think if your opponent facing you on the table did forward and reverse leavering with hammers and then did hammercurls and reverse curls and you both started training the same day with the same strength in about 2 months i think he would pin you every time so switch up and do it all and then some :D
