Tsumaru
I'm rather pathetic at arm-wrestling, and I dunno if it's technique or strength - but I want to work on both anyway. I have access to dumbbells, barbells, and have a tree-branch I can use (for pullups or whatever). So that's the only real equipment I can use (unless it's something else lying around the house). Can someone suggest some exercises I can work with to increase my strength for arm-wrestling? I dont need a full workout, just some ideas on what would really help me out. Thanks a lot. =)
ARMREF
get some rope real thick like rope from a boat anchor and tie it to the tree and climb the ropes without using your legs(arms only). this will help your grip/wrist and upper body strength all in one exercise.
