I've been doing one arm negatives recently, their damn tough, I can't hold at 90 yet, but I can hold at like 75. I also managed a 7 second negative from the top half down to about 100, with 1.25kg plates in my other hand, that was really hard. I'm very weak at the bottom half so I'm doing deloaded OAC to work that half, and then I'm weak at the top, the OAC makes no sense :blink

It's normal that you are the strongest at 90°.

Strange, that's were I always get stuck doing weighted chins, I think the lower I go the weaker I am, at least in negatives, whereas the higher I go the weaker I am in assisted OACs, so I guess overall I am strongest a 90
