The last two chinning sessions ended with a slightly hurting left elbow.

I'll take a week off from chinning (just some very light chins) and will test my max.

Went bouldering for two hours and missed the last train back...

...I'm sitting in an internetcafe right now damn.

Had planed to hit the weights when I get home.

I won't be getting home before 8 AM, good times.

Climbing below 7m (25') without a rope.

It's more strength and less endurance than sports climbing.

Fontainebleau is THE classic bouldering spot

But some sports climbing routes look like boulder problems.

Watch Fred Rouhling and be stunned

Cool but not for someone approaching 300lbs :) I used to use climbing on an indoor wall(It would rotate around two drums with your bodyweight so you are never above 5' off the ground). It was unbelievable endurance/fingertip work

Deadlifts felt strong and I got my form down again. I'll pull 150kg before long.

I came very, very close to holding a straddle front lever and managed to hold a front lever with one leg tucked. BIG PR

I blame those negative chins.

Went to a playground to atempt a back lever.

Couldn't do one. But I guess I'm close.

Don't like this skill so I won't train for it.

But was able to do a straddle flag on wall bars. PR :)

Why do You train singles all the time? I think that this does not make You stronger in the long run. Increase the volume an eat more! :rock

As long as it works, I won't change it.

And yes it made me stronger in the long run. I brought my one arm chin up by more than 10kg since I rigged up my pulley.

I'd be doing one arm chins by now, if not for the 6 month lay-off from training last year.

Bear in mind, I'm not training singles with maxmal poundages like in dino training.

I never do more than 85% of my max in training. (Well ok in the press sometimes, I do)

Gripstuff will be done when I get home from bouldering.

Just bougth a pair of gymnastic rings.

But don't expect to see a lot of ringstuff here. I just want to have the set up to do an iron cross.

And maybe an inverted cross (my ultimate longterm goal).
