But it's really quite harmless, most of the time I can handle it... I just decided, that my Griptraining will be stevejustaed too, I you follow my log, you'll see that my gripstuff didn't work that great the last weeks. I wont change my bending workouts though, I mean maybe I'll throw in a few weeks of lighter more frequent training just for the change. I can increase 5 to 10 kg more. The reps are probably between 3 to 5. Just don't focus only on singles.
