I acutally wasn't that shure about 145kg...

It's not as fast as it might look, I might have gotten 142.5 or even a bit more 3 weeks ago.

But I didn't attempt it, as I was scared of failing...

Just have been lazy the last days. But heck I've been trainin daily for seven weeks now so a bit rest wont hurt that much I guess.

I'll be maxing chins saturday or so and restart my cycle on monday.

I know I would probably get bored doing an exercise daily for 7 weeks straight.

Na, It's a bit different, the main problem is, that I'm sligtly manic-depressive.

But it's really quite harmless, most of the time I can handle it...

I just decided, that my Griptraining will be stevejustaed too, I you follow my log, you'll see that my gripstuff didn't work that great the last weeks.

I wont change my bending workouts though, I mean maybe I'll throw in a few weeks of lighter more frequent training just for the change.

But basically I think my bending workouts ain't borke so I wont fix them.

Sometimes if I want to lift more I cut down weights and do reps for a months or so then again do singles. I can increase 5 to 10 kg more. The reps are probably between 3 to 5. Just don't focus only on singles.

I could do sets of 5 with the weights I use.

But I don't, wich allows me to train more frequently.

I lower the weights every three weeks.
