Thanks Franky, It took me a while to get the push press form down.

My sumo form has gotten better too, mostly because I'm more flexible now and can squat deeper.

If you want to attempt a Red then I suggest you do 1 easy 7 inch steel, then a bit harder (7.6mm for example), then the Red. Just to get the feel for the bend. It helped my friend that bent the red the his 3rd session.

By attempt is I mean you feel strong enough to bend it.

I don't like the reverse-grip, I just feel stronger using the hookgrip.

It took me 4 to 6 weeks to get used to it, and now it's almost comfortable.

With lighter weights I use a DO grip.
