Felt very strong, had no elbow problems and learnt a lot technique wise. Also sent a boulder with ease, I had struggled with for weeks. Press 12 total reps @ 37.5kg Chins 6 total reps @ 10kg Pullups 6 total reps @ 10kg One Legged Ring Rows With Eagle Loops 12 total reps Pullups From 20mm Ledge 6 total reps openhanded @ 30kg deload Sets of 3 on everything, but the ledge stuff did sets of 2 there.
