Do some wrist curls for enxt year when I come :D I want a good armwrestling match(like this year!) :D

By the way, my friend (the big one) came to me to the gym once. I will now make him always come and do bending :D

Wanted to do deads today, but couldn't get to my dl-facility. :(

I was thinking about storing my stuff at a friends home as well but then I realized that something like THAT could happen. But I'm not living at the sixth floor like you... :dry

It could be worse, I'll be doing deads tomorrow.

Years do matter in the strength game, days not so much.

..soooo true :blush Anyways it's bugging not to be able to train whenever you want. By the way, did you do any pinch work lately? How's your progress on the 2 15s?

No pinchwork lately. All training logged.

I'll focus on that at some point this year.

Hopefully I'll get it a matter of weeks.

I used to fly hanggliders.

But I ruined both knees "landing" one 6 Years ago.

Can't afford hanggliding atm, even though I got my own glider. :cry

Does that count? :D

Bouldering

Best session in weeks. About 70 minutes.

Felt very strong, had no elbow problems and learnt a lot technique wise.

Also sent a boulder with ease, I had struggled with for weeks.
