I train grip twice a week and do other workouts 2-3 times a week. Fell free to ad comments! 7/29/2005 All exercises performed with a 2'' bar. Press 30kg x 5 35kg x 5 37,5kg x 5 40kg x 5 42,5kg x5 Push Press 50kg x 3 52,5kg x 1 55kg x 1 57,5kg failed 57,5kg failed Deadlift 70kg x 3 75kg x 3 80kg x 3 85kg x 3 90kg x 2 95kg x 1 100kg knee height Curls 30kg x 4 30kg x 4 30kg x 5 32,5kg x 1 35kg x 1 37,5kg failed Afterwards I carried my wooden blob around, then loaded it to 2,5kg and 3,75kg and did some high rep tossing. Red I called it a day and decided to do that thing when I have some less other grip work in me. I measured the length of my sledge the wrong way. I took only the visible part, normally you measure the whole handle. So the length in my log are actually 10cm longer but I have the wrong numbers written on my sledges and don´t care. Afterwards I bend 9 165mmx6mm Nails DU style mainly to get my left wirst flexible for vbar. finished off with some finger extensions.
