I´m starting my log now to show my progress with grip and other lifting.

I train grip twice a week and do other workouts 2-3 times a week.

Carried my wood blob around and did some blob tosses with my wood blob loaded to 2,5 kg and 3,75 kg. Did the tosses for high reps.

Also did some shot rotations

First I carried my wood blob around.

Then I tossed it form hand to hand for high reps, it was laded ti 2,5kg and 3.75 kg.

Finished of with alot of shot rotations.

My 2'' bar weights ecxactly 31,8 kg empty (thats why I like it so much).

I´m not able to do thumbless rev. curls with it yet.

Pulling went totally bad normally I pull 120kg from the floor

We started with the euro simulation and after

a 6.5" 8mm CRS

a 6.5" FBBC

and the 1. Red I called it a day and decided to do that thing when I have some less other grip work in me.

Were you able to do a redathlon?

Will do sledge work and other stuff tomorrow

First time I did floor press and first time with v-bar bot felt good.

I measured the length of my sledge the wrong way. I took only the visible part, normally you measure the whole handle. So the length in my log are actually 10cm longer but I have the wrong numbers written on my sledges and don´t care.

Carried my empty wood blob around. Then I did tosses with 2,5kg 3,75kg and 5kg all for high reps. Afterwards I bend 9 165mmx6mm Nails DU style mainly to get my left wirst flexible for vbar.

finished off with some finger extensions.

My right thumb hurts so I didn´t work grip today, it even hurt while doing presses but got better as I got warmer. Push presses went up real smoothly.
