Lifting Routines

Just wondering if you guys could outline the lifting routines you incorporate for armwrestling? Exercises, sets, reps, days of the week etc.

Sonny here is what I have been doing:

wednesday-

rope pullups 3-4 sets

ez curls 3-5 sets

levering all 4 sides

wrist curls

friday-

armwrestling practice

sunday-

Hammer curls

reverse curls

levering

wrist curls

I also do the grippers 2-3xwk whenever I feel like it. I train the rest of my body but this is what is grip related and probably the most relevant to armwrestling. My sometimes pulling partner Austin Slater does things differently so Ill try to get him to post his routine. Im interested in hearing from others as well. Kehler, Jad etc. what do you guys do?

What do you mean by levering?

Levering is generally done with a sledgehammer to strengthen your wrists. Levering Info
