Nitro Posted June 4, 2005 Share Posted June 4, 2005 If you have stronger forearms,wrist and a stronger grip then the other person does that give you the advantage over that person if you both have the same expierence level? What if the guy is all around stronger then you but you have stronger forearms,wrist and grip? Do you have an advantage? I'm not talking about pro armwrestling either.
