Hey....I basically stopped trainning grip when I started focusing on Armwrestling....but I wanna start grip again....but still focus on Armwrestling if you get me.....So the question is...

Can you guys help me with a routine for grippers that will make me stronger while still focusing on Armwrestling???

Kinda like the best of both worlds thing :D

while they will make your hands stronger overall, they really have no direct cary over to armwrestling... there's a lot of things you'd be better off doing that would help you more.

but they definitely wont hurt your performance...

I'm interested in armwrestling so other than armwrestling what are your main exercises for training?

Ummmmm none......but I am planning on starting to lift more.....
