kyle102887 Posted April 1, 2005 Share Posted April 1, 2005 Hey....I basically stopped trainning grip when I started focusing on Armwrestling....but I wanna start grip again....but still focus on Armwrestling if you get me.....So the question is... Can you guys help me with a routine for grippers that will make me stronger while still focusing on Armwrestling??? Kinda like the best of both worlds thing Thanks for your help guys in advance!!! Killswitch213 Posted April 5, 2005 Share Posted April 5, 2005 while they will make your hands stronger overall, they really have no direct cary over to armwrestling... there's a lot of things you'd be better off doing that would help you more. but they definitely wont hurt your performance...
