Clay Edgin
I had some questions about the terms used in arm wrestling. Heck, I can't even formulate the words to ask the question properly. What I want to know relates to the types of techniques - side pressure, back pressure, etc. What does each one mean and how do you do it? How do you defend against it? David Horne
These are not moves, but as they sound, where you are applying the pressure to. ie. Backwards to your body=back pressure, pulling/pushing sidewards=side pressure. David
jad
Clay, Try the site www.pinarm.com They give a very good explanation of moves, terms, techniques, etc... They have video samples to go with most of their stuff too. It's an awesome site
