Anybody Getting Any Results With The Powerball?

Got one for Christmas and just wondering if any of you guys are seeing any carry-over to grip? It looks like it may be best for active recovery, but I have just started with it......Brett

I don't see any carryover to grip. I mainly use it to warm up and to use for active recovery.

In addition it is always a big hit when I have a few drinking buddies over and we see who can get the highest score on it.

I definetly felt it working but it just did not fit in with my new gripping workout, so right now it's in a bag with the grippers that I am not currently using. Maybe when I am done with night school I will just do it on my off days. It really does a number on your forearm and hands.

you gotta squeeze hard when it gets up in speed. maybe if you hold it with your finger tips (pinch it) it would have a good carry over.

Pumps my foremarms though.
