BJones Posted November 22, 2004 Share Posted November 22, 2004 Pat, et al. - Serious question about which knuckles you are referring to touching - the DIP or farthest knuckle or the MP or closest knuckle - I'm not trying to be difficult it just depends on your perspective. Also - I request no posts on this thread regarding form folding/bending etc.... I just want an answer. And - I was also serious about any video of this style and if people using this style are bending 7" pieces like this. Video would be helpful in learning the new leverage positions.
