Stop By And Check It Out

I know it's alot to look through but would you guys stop buy and check it out.

I'm beginning to think bending is a rotor cuff exercise or other stabalizer group.

I've been putting up the last couple weeks workouts.

Let me know if you have any ideas.

Gary, It looks like a solid workout design. You're making great progress with your 5" grd 5 and prekinked grd 8's. Your sessions look much like mine, though I usually don't do the voluminous sets to finish up. Are you suffering shoulder pain? Maybe hold off on the benches (and anyother similar exercises) for a day or two?

I think it's bursitis, it gets fired up if I max out too often. I recently maxed on bench and have also been maxing on bending. I'm just trying to give it as many days rest as possible.

Of course if I could just back off a little it will be fine......easier said than done though :blush
