I'm beginning to think bending is a rotor cuff exercise or other stabalizer group. I've been putting up the last couple weeks workouts. Let me know if you have any ideas. Your sessions look much like mine, though I usually don't do the voluminous sets to finish up. Are you suffering shoulder pain? I recently maxed on bench and have also been maxing on bending. I'm just trying to give it as many days rest as possible.
