Roark Posted December 22, 2001 Share Posted December 22, 2001 Yesterday I had planned to go heavy with my wrist curls; but it was one of those days that did not yield itself to that type effort, so I delayed until today. After warmups, got an easy six reps with 175 lbs then jumped to 195, but managed only 4 reps. But a month from now I should have my goal of 200 x 6. Then on to the intimidating (to me) thought of two 45 lb plates on each side for six reps...That may take a few months, but I find if I do not set goals my motivation stays in neutral.
