I picked it up with 2 hands, planning to slowly lower it to the ground with one. I couldn't make myself let go with the "off" hand. Regualr Pulls x90 x97 x102 x107 x112 Tried 117, but no go. So I picked it up with two hands, and did about 10 "negatives" with it. Plate Wrist Curls 25x10 25x5 25x2+ hold straight out for about 10 seconds. Messed around with the Rolling Thunder. Clayton Posted February 16, 2002 Share Posted February 16, 2002 2-15 Yesterday Pinch 50x5 90x1 97x1 117x1 127x1, got my legs about halfway straight before I dropped it 5 "negatives with 127 Tossed wide 25's hand to hand, 6 passes. 127 was pretty hard, I guess I got it about halfway "up." I feel like I'm making good progress, amd I'm pretty happy with that lift. For the next few weeks I think I'm going to drop the weight down, and concentrate on a few longer holds, maybe 45 seconds to a minute. While doing this I'll try for heavier weights on the 2 inch bar deadlift. Also, I'll keep up the tosses. 2-16 1 Hand Deads, 2 Inch Bar I'm not sure of the weight of the bar, so I won't include it. It's about 4 feet long, but hollow, pretty light, but just long enough that the balance is a little akward. 50x2 100x2 130x2 150x2 170x1 180x1 100x10 Shooting for 200 by the end of the month. Clayton Posted March 5, 2002 Share Posted March 5, 2002 3-4 Another good workout today 1 Hand Deads on Olympic Bar 135x1 185x1 225x1 250x1, had to use right hand to control descent of left handed attempt. 275x1, had to use left to control it on the way down. Broke off ground with left. Pinching Passed 25's hand to hand for 5 minutes. First few holds were about 45 seconds long, the rest got gradually shorter. Heath also pinched 25's for just short of a minute with his right. He also just missed pulling a pair of 45's off the ground. He should get it this week. Had a so/so session today. Pinch 90, several singles 70x25 second hold 70x20 second hold Plate wrist curls 25x6 25x5 25x5 25x3 Messed around trying to lift a plate by the hub.
