Wrist Roller 50, up and down, rotated both ways, knuckles up and knucles down 70, same as above Pinch Grip 2 -10's, 10 seconds, twice with each hand. 2 -25's, 10 seconds, twice with each hand. 2 -45's, 3, 5 second holds with right hand, 3 attempts with left hand. 2 -25's, 30 seconds, twice with each hand Grippers Trainer, 5 reps+10 second hold with each hand #1, 5 reps+10 second hold with each hand #2, 5 reps+10 second hold with right, 3 reps+10 second hold, not completely shut with left. #3, 3 attempts with each hand.
