Guest Rog Posted September 10, 2001 Share Posted September 10, 2001 I'm currently doing my big grip workout on Sundays at home. During the week I may do a set of wrist/plate curls at the gym. Sunday I first worked singles with the grippers. 2 attempts at the #4, followed by 4 with the Elite, 1 with #3 and 2 overcrushes with the Master. Next, two hand pinch grips with 2 1/2" wide plate(s). 1 set with 132lb, 1@154, 1@166, 2@174. 1 hr break, followed by thick bar work. 2 sets of hand to hand tosses with 88lbs. 1 deadlift @142, 1@ 154. This is the PDA farmers bar. Done for the day. about 1 1/2 hrs not including break. Interspersed some ping pong with my 8 yr daughter while in the basement.
