Wednesday Workout

Due to the same type injury Tom described, I cut back on the amount of work this week.  Started with a quick warmup with grippers and then to leverage lifting the following: Two 6lbs. hammers from the floor to parallel; Two 81/2lb. hammers crucifix to head and back; single 10lb. from vertical to head and back; Two 12lb. hammers from vertical to head and back while held out in front of body. Then tore a deck of 54 cards and called it a day.  BTW, The injury resulted from TOO MUCH nail bending!!!  Good Training to all.
