I put weight on an 18 inch piece of 2 inch pipe, then hang my forearm over a bench, and raise and lower the weight. 5x10 7.5x10 5x10 This will take a little work Plate Curl Holds. Stole this from Gorilla Hands. Just held a 25 pound plate in plate curl fashion striaght out in front of me. It was a little harder than I expected.
