Ethan,

I've personally never used them but I've spoken to John (from PDA) about them. He tells me they are a real bitch to work with. The way they are made and the imbalance of the weight apparantly makes your forearms and grip work extremely hard. If you read about them I think he even issues a challenge that if you go a certain amount of distance he'll throw the 2nd one in for free. Sounds like a fun challenge. As soon as I gettired of doing farmers walk I'm going to try the wrenches I think. Sorry I couldn't help but call John and he'll tell you about anything he carries.

Thanks for the reply Fred. I ordered a wrench and have had it for a few days now. It is very awkward to hold on to. Really puts the hurt on my lower forearms & wrists. It sure feels like it weighs more than 26 lbs. I carry it around the yard until it falls out of my hand, which at that point is like a frozen claw that won't move. Lots of fun :)

I bought one while I was at PDA. He said

holding it in the center and walking 100

yards (300ft)with it empty(27lb) was a real

feat. On my first try at home I loaded it up

to a weighed 50 lb and carried it in the

correct position a measured 450 ft. 1

inch.Street clothes and no warmup......think

I could go quite a bit further.....Lotsa

fun!RS
