Guest Bob331 Posted July 25, 2001 Share Posted July 25, 2001 A quick question about plate curls: Do you start with the plate facing flat side up and curl it up without moving your wrist, or Do you pick up the plate as if you were doing a "hammer curl" (so that the edge of the plate comes up first), and then supinate the wrist as it comes up?
