Let me know what you guys think and also if you know anyone who has done this feat before. Have a great fathers day. 20180616_084918.mp4 20180616_084918.mp4

Been stuck on low numbers for the Rolling Thunder for years, so had a fixed 3" handle made, and in a few weeks it's gone from 55KG to 70KG. Not exactly impressive still, but closer to the Crushed To Dust cert.

I'm in a great training groove again finally. Hitting PRs often. I can't wait to hit right hand grippers and 2.5" crusher work this weekend. I'm confident if I stick to the plan, I'll be back stronger than ever.

6’ 8” tall and 298 lb. Bryan Hunsaker made short work of 100 kg on the Rolling Thunder, while competing in the Visegrip Viking Armlifting Championships at the Los Angeles FitExpo. If that weren’t enough for Hunsaker, he also sailed though the Crushed-To-Dust! Challenge at the IronMind booth. IronMind® | ©Randall J. Strossen photo I was pretty stoked about this. I'm bad at the hub, but managed to do the C2D challenge after the CoC#3 hold at the LA Fit Expo!
