    Sounds like you are in great position to build a team! Introduce lifts to people and you’ll find interested parties. Folks don’t know this is a thing- I’ve never met someone who hates training Grip. They just don’t know how awesome it is because it’s not a well known thing yet

    Today's training (19.8.2019.): DE squat: 105 kg x 2 x 9 - 30 second breaks DE conventional deadlift (mini bands): 130 kg x 1 x 7 - short breaks FG dumbbell lifts: 73 kg x 0 x 5 (knee level now); 60 kg x 3 x 5; 55 kg x 8 Easiest squats in my life, due to perfect technical execution. Deadlifts felt great too.

    Today's training (17.8.2019.): Floor press: 130 kg x 1; 137.5 kg x 0; 130 kg x 0 Bent over row: 92.5 kg x 8 x 5 strict PR superset EZ bar skull crusher: 62.5 kg x 5; x 4 x 3; x 5 Wide pinch: bunch of lifts with 5 x 5 kg superset Cuban press: bar x 25 x 3 Decline barbell abs: 40 kg x 5 x 3 PR; bar x 10 x 2 constant tension Very bad day for max effort, my CNS was drained, I slept for 2 hours the night before.

    Adam, thanks for the detailed answer and your offer. No, I'm not in the USA, if I was, I'd just buy one, and probably meet up with some of you guys to train together. I'm in a country where I'm the only person training grip in a sport kind of sense.

    i train SB it’s part of my sport. That’s the only use I have for a gripper now. They do not improve the important lifts results but will drag the numbers down.

    Thanks, Adam! I love the wrist component! 2 for the price of one! I hate regular pinch like the flask. Actually shocks my wrist when I set it down for some reason. (I’m thinking because it is stiff and stationary into the pin rather than free moving) . I do like euro and thumb blaster though because you have some freedom of wrist movement like the Saxon minimizing shock.

    I know you were quite fond of grippers before, did you quit doing them since it has low carry over and drain the grip too much for optimal progression on other exercises? Since you like competing and everything.

    I heard someone say that hands on the smaller side could even be beneficial when it comes to wide pinch since the tendons have to stretch out to their maximum to grasp the object so you get some extra power for that reason. Was in an old thread I think where.. Uh forgot his name, John mccarters(?) blob proficiency was discussed.
