<ol>

		Lifts can be submitted for regular deadlift, clean, clean and press, lift and curl, transfer, and snatch. Each variation can also be submitted as a double, which means both hands at the same time.

		Only magnesium carbonate chalk is allowed. Liquid chalks are specifically disallowed. 
	</li>
	<li>
		Only plate lifts are allowed; no loading pin implements. 
	</li>
	<li>
		Lift must be locked out with back erect.
	</li>

Historical feats without video are assumed to be York Next Gen since the understanding is that it was required to lift a YORK to get on the list, and that Fatman lifts were noted. For any lift without video, you can provide a link in <a href="https://www.gripboard.com/topic/68651-existing-feat-video-update-requests" rel="">this thread</a> and get the feat moved to the appropriate category.

		Lifts can be submitted as regular deadlift, clean, clean and press, transfer, farmer's walk, and snatch. Each variation can also be submitted as a double, which means both hands at the same time. 
	</li>
	<li>
		Inch replicas must be scaled on video and weigh at least 170 pounds. In the case of stamped dumbbells, only the weight stamp needs to be shown. 
	</li>
	<li>
		Only magnesium carbonate chalk is allowed. Liquid chalks are specifically disallowed.
	</li>
	<li>
		The dumbbell must be lifted as level as possible with only minor deviations from level, and must be level at the top of the lift.
	</li>
	<li>
		Lifter must reach a point where the knees, hips and off-hand shoulder lock out in alignment with one another. <a href="https://youtu.be/tuIb6auAtGw" rel="external nofollow">VIDEO EXAMPLE</a>
	</li>
	<li>
		The lift does NOT have to be controlled to the floor.
	</li>
	<li>
		The following techniques may be used: straddle position, grip neutral; straddle position, grip overhand; suitcase position.
