New PR and definitely one of the hardest lifts ive ever done. 30lbs pronation exercise for 1 rep. Weights placed on one side of a dumbell 12 and 3/4 cm away from fat grip. Form could've been more strict (keeping my forearm glued to the table) but im still happy with the result.
