Today’s training coc 2.5 11 reps right 6 reps left ghp7 mms failed right coc 2.5 3 reps left coc 2.5 8 reps right 2 reps right coc 2.5 6 reps right 2 reps left spent the last two full days on a grinder and my hands were killing me before this workout so I knew it wasn’t going to go very good. Also took it a bit easy so my hands can recover for next workout. -

This was a big boy to wrestle with. Widest bar I have ever bent. Hard to hold onto. 3/8” x 2.5” x 48” flat bar braced bend. Here is a video: -

Yes, im pretty sure mine used to be less than 8" and now it's 8 and 3/4. Ive also gained a lot of bodyweight so might play a role. -

Forgot to say definately having some pain issues after the arm wrestling even as little as i did. It's pretty much only left arm for whatever reason but ice, cbd creams and spray, anti inflams for training etc and hopefully these nightly arm workouts will help but honestly been just too light a band so far, changing that tonight. -

warm up, stretching etc 1.5" raised stiff bar deadllift - loads of sets at 60 & 100 reassing technique, stance, grip etc then 120kg x 5 18" DO deadlift (deadlift bar) - 120,140,160,180kg x 5 snatch grip - 210, 240kg x 2 (just didnt have anything left in my pinky and ring fingers after the snach grips) good mornings - monster band x 10,10 leg press paused slow eccentrics - to 270kg x rest pause set (very light but rediculous burn) Decided to leave the squats for today with it first time back doing deadlifts off the floor. Will add straps now on the 18" pulls as the snatch grips are a killer on the pinky and ring fingers with that thin deadlift bar. Could tell after 2 reps at the 240 that 8 was just never going to happen. Ill just do it next time with straps.
