      Been mainly messing around  with the pinch block today. First I work on grippers, then the pinch block, then the Trilobite,I usually try to get a type of PR but for now I’m still getting novice gains. I’m doing previous 1rm for reps now so we’ll see, the initial impossible feel of my top set in the beginning of pinch training is going away and I clean it well like all my implements as well.

      Incorporated the Ironmind Block into my daily routine. Pretty fired up about grip in general but because the blocks difficulty for me I kinda want to specialize in it and devote more energy to it, it’s barely been used but that’s changing. Figured I’d log it here today since i enjoy using it so much, my numbers since getting it, I keep it clean cuz I want the most out of it. Here’s the numbers nothing special,some were max effort some were not
       
       
      5lbs: 32 reps
      10lbs: 32 reps
      15lbs:32 reps
      20lbs: 126 reps
      25lbs: 32 reps
      30lbs: 32 reps
      35lbs,40lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs, and 60lbs I kept to 1 rep, I’ll bring those up

      Been working with a new Ironmind Pinch Block. Love it! Look forward to setting up some pages dedicated to it in one of my grip journals that I write prs and personal bests in, the first workout I did with it I hit 56lbs microloading. I wipe it clean after use, been doing holds at lockout as well as reps to grease the groove and whatnot

      This year I’d like to re-attempt a blue nail personal best, as many reps as possible in one go. I’d like to bend to completion above 60 blue nails in one go. No rest in between, then when I fail I stop. I still measure each one and count only the ones that are totally completed. This is mainly for testing purposes
