Not taking anything away from the man but I really dislike his form on this and some of his other videos super short range on most exercises :shutup: Don't get me wrong he is very strong and im not even close to any of his lifts at all and I'm not trying to slate but just my opinion!

Agreed!  His form is most definitely bad, but that being said I don't think anyone would accuse him of being weak after watching that performance!  I have never done much direct arm training myself  (usually just did barbell rows and called it good), but when I did I virtually never did any "cheat" style curls.  I'm sure they have a place in training, but they seem like the risk to benefit ratio is a little too far left for my taste.

I'm not here to tell anyone what to do or how to do it I'm just commenting with my opinion, whatever works for him! He is undoubtedly a strong guy so no disrespect here.
