Today I did bending and a little bit of pinch afterward

 

DO style in single IMP's

K x 7'' NEW PR, 1/4 x 7'' square, J x 7"

 

Blob floor drags with 41.8 fatman

 

Sorinex 2'' block 2hp timed holds

2 holds with 105lbs, 10 seconds each

 

TTK

Right: 18x10, 16x10

Left: 16x10, 14x10

 

New bending PR!  I didn't take a video today because I thought the bend would take a while and I didn't have much space left on my phone.  But I finished it off in about a minute.  Very proud with this bend.  My skin felt tough and my flexibility has improved a lot, letting me really get the most out of the strength I already have in my upper body.

Legs today

 

Squats

10x185, 3 x 10 x 225

 

Split squats on smith machine

2 x 10 x 35 per side each leg

 

Lying leg curl

4 x 8 x 110

 

Calves stuff

 

Another boring leg workout.  Kicked it up a little bit with squats to see how my back responds since it's been doing okay.  Won't know until tomorrow lol

This week has been a little crazy....I went out of town for the entire weekend and wasn't able to work out.  Then I did grippers Monday but being as I didn't rest much and didn't eat as much as I should have, my strength was down.  Then, we were supposedly going to get hit with a huge snowstorm in New York and the gym closed for a few days as a precautionary measure.  But we ended up getting a baby storm.  I couldn't work out regardless lol.  I did pinch this morning because the gym was still closed. 

 

Monday January 26 Grippers, MMS all sets

Right: 1x114, 1x124, Miss x 140, 1x134, 1x134, 1x128, 2 holds with Extended handle TRex

Left: 1x114, Mx124, Mx124, 1x114, 1x114, Hold with 109, 2 holds extended handle TRex

 

Pissed I couldn't get that 140 GM, but the strength just wasn't there for this workout.  Close to hitting a PR with my off hand.

 

Today Pinch

Sorinex 4'' Block 1hp

Right: 6 second hold 48 lbs, 2 10 second holds with 38 lbs

Left: 3 second hold 48 lbs, 2 8 second holds with 38 lbs

Not bad, but not great.  My arms have been feeling overworked and I've been slacking on my armaid.  Going to be going harder with recovery.  Tomorrow and Friday I'll catch up on my full body workouts.

Battling a bad cold but i got some work in last night

Deadlifts
3 x 8 x 225

Squats 3 x 15 x 185

Db rows

4 x 5 x 95

Deadlifts felt good. Nothing was really close to max as i wanted to test my back. Feels good today. I'm gonna start doing them again, but will approach with caution.
