So I'll be on hiatus from the gripboard for a couple of months as I'll be sailing in about a week from now. I'm leaving some room in the seabag so I can pack some grip related training stuff, however space is limited so I've gotta pack light. (As much as I'd like to take the 12lb sledge along)
So far my thoughts are:
-RT and an IM hub - i was thinking of just tying them to dumbells on the ship to load them.
-A few grippers
-some line to just tie and untie knots to get fingers stronger.
-pony clamp with a t-bar and a pack of rubber bands for loading.
Any other ideas anyone can think of that would not take up much space, I'd be more than glad to hear. I'm going to have plenty of time for training and im hoping to come back with some big improvements. I also can't wait to hear about all the crazy strong feats that are sure to happen while I'm out to sea.
