If you like grip and want to understand its basic dynamics and how to train, this will do the trick for you.
IronMind put the pinching, crushing, supporting grip typology on the map and this is the next advance—and it's a big one.

Very sorry, not yet, but the actual booklet is free with any order; otherwise, we only charge $1 in US or $2 internationally:

If you are still thinking crushing, pinching and supporting, this will give you a whole new way to think about grip strength (which includes a better understanding of how to train for more of it!).
If you read the CTD Cube booklet, please let me know what you think.
Hope your training has been going well—this could ramp it up.

Thank you Dr. Strossen,
I have been wanting to order a couple of the new Zenith grippers so I will add it to my cart. I am always interested in learning so I look forward to it. I will definitely keep you posted.
