no it was my phone it just kinda fell face down... however i have a good case so its all good  :happy

This is a great idea. I've been using a power twister rated at 40kg's for DU bending to prepare my wrists for bending steel. Im not sure if it has enough leverage to do the forearm exercises you show though, which is also a great way for preparing the wrists. My wrists are feeling pretty strong doing this and its only been about 3 or 4 sessions. You can tell I'm new to this.. lol
