I made 3 inch, 2 inch, and a 1 1/2 inch wrist roller for use of heavy extreme drop sets which I use in my new gripper work out called
Wrist roller & gripper hell workout
So far so good. I am continuing this workout for until I get some fat gripz extreme to combine together.
