Noticing a huge endurance increase on the grippers because I have been doing this 3-4 days a week for the last three weeks along with the days in between where I just strictly work my pinch. I am also noticing a slight increase in thumb strength each time I train my pinch.
I'm working on closing a coc 2.5 gripper & I'm getting close to my GNC 200 pound gripper so close! I will keep you all updates on my progress!!
