Good stuff Gabriele, how would you compare coc 4 to ghp9? Are they close? Or is the ghp9 a fair bit harder?

Its considerably harder but there is not a HUGE jump between them.

Thanks stephen your performance in the curls really motivated me.

I am sure you can do more with an ez bar.

Reeves deadlift with rimmed plates.

60 kg 1x5

80 kg 1x5

100 kg 1x3

160 kg 1x1

181 kg 1x1:400 lbs/181 kg REEVES DEADLIFT RIMMED PLATES(easy as a (bad word filter))

200 kg teared the shit out of my hand

  

Conventional deadlift(stopped under knee level for a count of 3 before lockout)

NO BELT

400 lbs 5x5

 

Ab crunches

4x30

 

BW pull ups(the hand was killing me)

2x15

2x10

Hey guys hit a light bending workout today and noticed that with 7" stuff my technique is (bad word filter)ed up.

But i am still decent on shorter bars.
