Awesome to hear Rick - Now go out and wet a hook, wrestle with your kids and do aerobics with your honey-lol

Ice on the lakes and ponds right now, but when it melts WATCH OUT.  I dont ice fish...I dont do much outside in the winter, not a winter sports guy.  Already been kicking their butts, and we start Insanity as soon as the DVDs show up.  I have a lot of weight to lose.

Results thus far;

Went from pacing at around 75% effeciency to 99.7%.  Studies show that people who pace below 98% have a significantly lowered life span the lower it goes below 98%, so being at near 100% is where I need to be.

Went from an ejection fraction of 32% and being in clinical heart failure without the effects of heart failiure to 54% ejection fraction (normal is 55).  My heart doctor called me and said his is between 55 and 60, so basically my heart is now as healthy and functioning as well as his.

I did a pretty hard aerobic workout last week, did not need my asthma inhaler once.  Makes me and the doc wonder if I ever had asthma at all, or if this heart problem has been wrecking me over the years.

Regardless, he told me to quit stressing this heart stuff and go out and LIVE me life.

That is exactly what I am going to do...

This is AWESOME.

Thanks brother.  We are pretty stoked about it.

Strong kid, he takes after his dad.
Glad you got the heart problem settled and hope all is well.

He is doing well.  The question is, can we take that strength and do something with it out on the baseball and football fields?  We will know soon enough as baseball tryouts are the end of March!

Glad to hear, that's excellent news Rick!

Best news we have had since we found out we were having twins nearly 3 years ago!
