I'm talking specifically two hand pinch euro style, parallel RGC gripper close, and axle deadlift? These are the three lifts I plain to focus primarily on in 2013-use various exercises but goal is big total in those three- so curious what total I need to shoot for.

A hook hand would have some trouble with closed hand grip.
